Alex has been with the business over 4 years. In this time he has gained much experience on power tool spare parts. His key responsibilities include telephone enquiries, manufacturer order placement/communication, and internal software development.

As the newest member of staff, Chris is still learning the job. In the short time he has been in the business he has proved to be a quick learner, having a good telephone manner and showing a lot of potential. He is also the younger brother of Graham.
