Original Hitachi part 323-923 — Lever (A). This is the lever used in the base/guard/adjustment assembly of the Hitachi C7SS circular saw (190 mm blade model); it appears as item 63 in the factory parts diagram.
Made to the same specification as the factory diagram, the part is a small stamped/formed lever that engages the saw’s guard/adjustment linkage so the guard and depth/bevel mechanisms operate correctly. Installing this lever restores proper mechanical action and clearance where a bent, cracked or missing lever would otherwise prevent safe blade-guard movement.
