This single plunger is the service part used inside the hammer/anvil assembly (listed as a separate Plunger (B) and included when the Anvil (A) Ass’y 324-255 is assembled), making it the exact replacement for worn or damaged plungers to restore proper hammer action and impact performance.
Easy to fit — sold as one plunger (quantity 1) and intended to be used with the corresponding pin retainer (324-257) and anvil components from the same Hitachi parts diagram for a correct repair.
