A genuine Hitachi replacement part that secures the striker/second-hammer assembly inside the front gearbox of select Hitachi/Hikoki rotary hammers; it restores the tool’s impact engagement and alignment so the drill regains full hammer action. Fits many common Hitachi/Hikoki rotary-hammer models (examples: DH24PG, DH24PX, DH26PB, DH26PC, DH28PBY, DH28PCY, DH36DPA and several DH18/DH36 variants).
Made as a precision-machined, high-strength metal holder designed to withstand repeated impact loads and to seat the striker correctly; install it if the hammer action is weak, noisy, or the striker is loose.
