Home How to find my tool’s model number Metabo

Metabo

All Metabo power tools and machinery will have an identification plate as shown. They are not always obvious to see but it is vital they are found in order that the site can be used properly and mistakes in ordering are avoided. On the plate you will find the model number, product code, and voltage. The model number and product code are important in locating the correct parts. Parts can vary from product code to product code, but still have the same model number. It is always a good idea to know whether your tool is 110v or 220v, 1 phase or 3 phase. That way before ordering, you can double check that what is being ordered matches the voltage of the tool. This is particularly important when ordering motors, armatures, fields, switches and some carbon brushes.
