We are currently experiencing substantial delays with Hitachi/HiKOKI and Metabo spare parts due to the two brands merging warehouse. At this moment in time we are unable to provide confirmed delivery dates on out of stock parts, for any urgent requirements please contact us prior to ordering.
Original Hitachi fuel tank — part number 6698613 — replacement fuel tank body for Hitachi/Hikoki CH22-series engine hedge trimmers. This is the tank body only (the fuel cap assembly is a separate part, 6698402).
Details you’ll need: the tank corresponds to the CH22-series fuel system and the trimmer’s published fuel capacity is 0.30 L, so this part restores the original fuel capacity and mounting position shown on the exploded diagram. It’s listed on the factory parts diagram as item 117 (TANK). This is a common, direct-fit power tool parts replacement for these models.
Example models that use part 6698613 (confirm the exact type stamped on your machine before ordering): CH22EA2, CH22EB2, CH22EC2, CH22EAP2, CH22EBP2, CH22ECP2 and equivalent TCH22EA2 / TCG27EBSP / TCH22EC2.
Simple install note: this is the tank body called out in the factory exploded views — replace the grommets/tubes and the cap assembly as needed to complete the repair.
