This is the original Hitachi slide bar that mates with the switch holder (part 982044) and slide knob (part 994298) shown in factory parts diagrams; it appears in parts breakdowns for models such as G10SD1, G10SR, G12SR, CN16 and GP2. This genuine Hitachi item is a standard Hitachi spare parts choice when the selector slider is cracked, worn or no longer engages cleanly.
