I have an MTD JN130A and am looking for replacement drive belts - part Nos 754-0626 and 754-0629.
Are these belts "Kevlar" or "LG Poly"? I am getting mixed messages about them from various sources. Are your belts aftermarket or genuine MTD? What is the difference between aftermarket and MTD belts? apart from the very large price differential?

These are genuine kevlar belts supplied by MTD. The non-genuine belts are often not kevlar which can shred very quickly.
