The Makita DTD152 18V impact driver is a huge asset to the Makita LXT range. It is mainly used to secure and loosen light/medium duty screws, this is often achieved without drilling a pilot hole prior. The variable speed trigger and electric brake allows for maximum efficiency ensuring the correct speed is obtained, and that the rotation is put to a halt as soon as the trigger has been released.
