The Makita BO4555 palm grip sander is designed in the most ergonomic way to give the power and accuracy that is required to make a top class sander. Palm sanders are orbital sanders that use quarter sandpaper sheets for single handed light sanding of wood, walls, paint etc. They are often used by decorators, although the feature-rich model can be used for many other applications.



Description

This tool has weighs just 1.1kg so it is ideal to carry around and ideal for a tradesmen using day to day. Dust is kept to a minimum with a very efficient system of six holes on the base plate which transfer the dust to the rear mounted bag or you can use the dust port to attach a vacuum cleaner. A punch plate (included) will punch holes in unpunched sanding sheets once you clamp them to the base plate. A great sander for small intricate sanding jobs, especially good for compact spaces. Furniture work or decorating preparation, . The motor on this sander has a dual counterweight balancing system to cut down on vibration and noise. 200 watt motor generates up to 14,000 orbits per minute with a 1.5mm eccentric orbit for very fine finishing.
