The Makita BO6050J dual action sander gives the options of using a single tool for a variety of tasks. For finish sanding or buffing, select the random orbit mode. In this mode the motion of the pad is orbital action with weak free-rotation. The alternative roto-orbit mode is best for coarse sanding or polishing. The motion of the pad is a combination of orbital action with aggressive forced rotation. The tool body has a comfortable ergonomic grip and a side handle to provide complete control. The electronic controls give you a soft start and variable speed control, whilst the integral constant speed control maintains rotational speed under working load. Abrasive discs or polishing pads attach to the pad using hook and loop. 150mm sanding pad 5.5mm orbit diameter. A slim skirt around the pad lets you work in tight spaces. The removable dust extraction spout allows connection to a vacuum extractor. The BO6050J is supplied with a type 3 makpac connector case.
